Since 2020 the corona virus has spread to Indonesia, the
Corona Virus is a dangerous virus and the main symptom is the occurrence of
mild to moderate respiratory tract disorders, such as the flu (1). People
infected with COVID-19 can transmit through small droplets of water containing
the virus to others when coughing and sneezing, these small droplets
can enter the nose or mouth and cause infection (2). Cases of corona
virus infection continue to increase so we must always apply health
protocols such as using masks properly, washing hands, maintaining distance and
avoiding gathering (3). So it is very important to keep the
immune system healthy (4). If you experience symptoms of
Covid-19, don't panic, stay at home and undergo self-isolation until
the virus is gone (5).
